  • Does CeleBritAy believe in animal testing?
    All the ingredients that CeleBritAy uses are natural and none are tested on animals.

    Where do these products come from?
    All CeleBritAy’s products are made in our Brooklyn laboratory. We use raw natural resources to make our products and work hard to understand its suppliers’ sources to make sure that the final product is as pure as possible.

    What are the gift baskets? We prepare ready-made gift baskets containing products from various lines. The contents of the baskets change so check back with us for the latest combinations.

    Does CeleBritAy work with wholesalers?

    What is your policy on shipping?
    We do not ship items over the weekend. Most orders shipped via Standard Shipping are processed and shipped within 1 - 2 business days, depending on product availability. Most standard orders are delivered within 5 -7 business days from the order's ship date. Please note: Most orders destined for P.O. Boxes are delivered within 6-14 business days of the order's ship date.

    How do you ensure quality control?
    We assure a high quality product by working in small batches. We have found that larger batches of products more easily succumb to wear and tear; they also tend to age quicker and not last as long. Our small batches retain their freshness longer and keep their integrity.

    How “green” is CeleBritAy
    CeleBritay is 99.9% natural. The other 0.1% is found in our use of high grade fragrance oils. We actively use recycled packaging, use sterilized yogurt containers to house our soy candles and use recycled glass from Spain to bottle our goods whenever possible.

    What is your return policy?
    For sanitary reasons, CeleBritAy cannot accept returns of open and/or used products. Unopened or unused products may be returned for refund or exchanged for store credit towards other products within fourteen (14) days of purchase. Returned products must be accompanied with a receipt.

    In the case of damaged or defective goods, damages MUST be reported to CeleBritAy within 48 hours of delivery. Please retain all packing materials and damaged products for return. We will arrange for replacement of damaged product as soon as possible after damage is reported and verified.


    How accurate are the labels in regard to weight?
    Because we cut our soap by hand, we estimate that the estimated weight of the soap is +/- 0.4 ounces of that on the label.

    Does CeleBritAy have a brick-and-mortar location I can visit?
    We sure do! Our flagship store is located at 358 Grand Street in the hip neighborhood of Williamsburg, Brooklyn.

    Directions to CeleBritAy:

    Subway: Exit the L train at the Bedford Avenue stop. Walk 7 blocks south along either Bedford or Driggs Avenues. The store is located at 358 Grand Street which runs perpendicular to Bedford and Driggs.

    Bus: The Q59 and B61 stop at Grand Street stop.

    Car: CeleBritAy is located just off of the Brooklyn-Queens Expressway (BQE). Exit at Metropolitan Ave.

    My shipment was damaged. What should I do?
    Always inspect your package as soon as possible after it is received. If items are damaged, you MUST report the problem directly to the carrier within 48 hours. Please inform us as well so that replacement arrangements can be made, if necessary.

    CeleBritAy respects those who visit our site and take interest in our products. Accordingly, we will not disclose, share, sell, lease or otherwise divulge any personal information we collect about our customers for any reason, unless required to do so by law. We are happy to send you news or sales information from time to time if you are on our mailing list, but if you do not wish to receive news or offers from us, please contact us and we will be sure to remove you from our mailings immediately.

    How can I receive wholesale information?
    To receive wholesale information about CeleBritAy products, please fill out our online wholesale account application. Please be thorough in filling out the form; by providing us with all the necessary information up front, we’ll be able to respond more promptly and accurately to your request.
    If you do not receive a response within a week, please contact us again. Our spam filtering software has a mind of its own! Once we've verified your business registration, we'll contact you with our wholesale price lists.

    DETAILS: Our wholesale opening minimum is $250 with a $100 reorder minimum. There is a per-case minimum per product/scent. We do NOT offer Drop Shipping nor private labeling.

    CeleBritAy also accepts payment via phone, fax, check and money order. Select your desired items through our online catalog and proceed to checkout. Once at the checkout stage, choose to phone/fax your credit card information separately.

    Because all of our products are handmade, there may be some minor variations in appearance/texture/scent from one batch to another. This is typical of products made of natural ingredients and should be expected.
